Phillips Water Conditioning


Phillips Water Conditioning was established in the mid 1960's by Charles H. Phillips. In the late 1960's Richard G. Medeiros Sr became involved with the family business and in 1970 he purchased the company and developed the small business into the full time business it is today. In 1989 Richard G. Medeiros Jr started to work along side his father and eventually by 2004, Rick took over after the retirement of Richard Sr.
